Tiffany is the Greatest!

I retained Tiffany's services in September when my son's mother took me to court regarding jurisdiction and modification of our current petition because she wanted to move out of state with our son. With Tiffany on the case, we were able to get the court date adjourned ultimately halting my son's mother's plans of relocation. Within that time, Tiffany took care of everything! I provided her with all the evidence and she put it together \u2014 the application was professionally written and extremely organized. By the time we actually got in front of the judge the evidence she put together was so on point, she literally only said three sentences the entire hearing. My son's mother's lawyer couldn't even argue the facts presented by Tiffany, and the case was dismissed. Jurisdiction was decided within my home state and my son's mother cannot leave NJ with our child unless she receives written consent. I had an FD case with my child's father who is a narcissist with a personality disorder and a consistent liar who would always try and charm the courts and make up stories that were untrue. My previous lawyer didn't seem to understand this personality type or how to navigate. I found Tiffany on Avvo and decided to call her.
